How does it all work?

You can of course request a free quote from us. Thereafter we tailor the quotation to meet your needs for transport and accommodation.

How soon can I expect a quote?

We endeavour to work quickly and within five working days to respond to your request.

What is included in the travel costs?

On the quotation, you will find what is exactly included in the fare. In the first quote, the price of the accommodation and travel is included, simply due to the fact that during the orientation phase, the definitive itinerary is often not completely known. For any extra ticket costs, a second quotation follows.

What happens after the booking?

Have you agreed to the quotation? Then you are allocated a travel specialist in our team. Thereafter we start work on your itinerary. The itinerary is completely tailored to your wishes and budget. If desired, Senlac Tours can organise the full trip or parts of the trip for you. Before the trip, you will receive a personal login code. Using this code, you can view your travel information online on our site.

Do you also visit schools?

Our team travel through the country visiting schools. Of course, you are also welcome to visit us in Arnhem at our office. We prefer to explain quotations personally and are happy to discuss the options for the itinerary. Moreover, we can also give a presentation about the trip on a parents’ evening.

What is the minimum group size?

The size of the group doesn’t matter, we are happy to tailor an itinerary to suit your group size. Request a free quote or contact us.

How much pocket money should the pupils take with them?

Basically, everything is paid for and the pupils shouldn’t need any money at the destination. Guidelines about the amount of pocket money are for each school to determine.

When do we need to pay the invoice?

After booking you’ll receive a bill for the deposit (500 Euros). Before the trip, you will receive an invoice based on the quoted price. After the trip, you will receive a further invoice, where any differences in the costs are recalculated.
