Universidad de Salamanca

Plaza Patio de Escuelas Menores 1 | 37008 Salamanca, Spain

This is a Spanish university where everyone went in the 13th and 14th centuries. A frog can be found on the entrance gate, if you find it you will get a longer life but if you don't find it you will get nothing. In the building you can see very old lecture rooms but also a beautiful chapel, but the most beautiful eye-catcher is the old library. Various works from the 11th century are kept in this library. Everything in the building is behind glass, this is so that people don't touch it and it breaks. Each room has enough explanation about what happened in the room at the time. You can also climb the tower of the university, and you have a beautiful view of all the monuments of the city of Salamanca.
