ABOUT COVID-19 - UPDATE

"What are the consequences concerning Covid-19 for our school trip to the United Kingdom?"

We keep a close eye to the news and measurements concerning Covid-19. Especially news and updates from the British and Dutch Government are given below:

[News 14-02-2022]

The Netherlands
In the Netherlands, on Friday 25 February, our government will take the final step. From then, opening times will return to normal and we will lift the following requirements: showing a coronavirus entry pass (3G) at locations accommodating fewer than 500 people, staying 1.5 metres apart, wearing face masks while walking around bars and restaurants, schools and shops, having a limited number of visitors, and assigned seating in bars, restaurants and other venues. That means that large night clubs, discotheques, festivals and events can open up without limitations.

The United Kingdom
Travel Code Green for the United Kingdom. We are allowed to trave to the UK, but there are some rules we must follow: Fully vaccinated travellers need to fill out the Locator Passenger Form. All pupils 17 years old and younger are considered fully vaccinated, so no further restrictions for them entering the UK. Not fully vaccinated travellers, 18 years and older, still need to take PCR tests. More info? Follow this link.

All passengers travelling from the UK to the Netherlands need to show a negative test to enter the Netherlands. Here is the link with more info: Nederland wereldwijd.
