''If Britain leaves the EU without agreeing a deal, the government will seek to end free movement as soon as possible and has introduced an Immigration Bill to achieve this. For a transitional period only, EEA citizens will still be able to come to the UK for visits, work or study and they will be able to enter the UK as they do now until at least 2021.''

EU students can come to study English in the UK as usual until end of December 2020
"The UK's decision to leave the European Union has not yet affected entry requirements for international students. Until the end of December 2020, agents can continue to send EU students to study in the UK as usual. Students from the EU, EEA and Switzerland can currently enter the UK with their passport or ID card."

There will be a new immigration system for all visitors from January 2021, but details have not been confirmed
The UK government has not yet decided the details of this new system. Under current government plans, all visitors will require a passport to enter the UK.

Will students still be able to use ID cards to enter the UK?
ID cards remain valid as a travel document but will be phased out in 2021 if a deal is agreed.

Keep calm and carry on, Team Senlac
